The room is a large double room, with a lot of natural light and ample storage space (large open pax wardrobe (with the ability to move the shelves to required height/compartments) plus 4 drawers under the bed (super king size).

The house is a 5 -7 minute walk from Forest Gate station & 5 minutes from Wanstead Park Station.
Forest Gate is 5 minutes on the train to Stratford, and 13 minutes to Liverpool Street (direct).
The area itself has a lot of nice pubs, small local restaurants, wine bars and bakeries within a 10 minute walk.

Current occupants: Female/32/Professional with a cat. I enjoy evenings out with friends - i am a massive foodie! However, I do also enjoy spending evenings relaxing, watching tv and taking it easy with a glass of wine and home cooked meal. I do like having company and someone I can chat to - but also value the importance of "alone" time and space.
