The room is similar to the one in the photos. The house is located within 7-10 mins walk of Barking station, which is 15 mins from Fenchurch St station (City of London).

The rent of £975 per month INCLUDES BILLS and is for one person only. Second person will be for £250 extra per month.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine.

The room is furnished and on the first floor and shares a bathroom and separate WC with two other rooms (2 other people). Downstairs, there are two other rooms with own shower rooms and one of them has its own kitchen. .

There is a garden patio at the back of the house.

Quiet and good accommodation suitable for hardworking people who want to rest and sleep after work. This is not a 'party house' so if you're looking for this, please look elsewhere. Also, this house is only suitable for peope who minimise noise (so no loud music, etc).
