Hi, we are Bernd (quant analyst in banking), Salah (manager of a restaurant chain in West End) and Maggie (strategy consultant). Bernd has been living here for several years. Sala and Maggie have recently joined the houseshare. We love our place like our home and have a great pleasure living here. We are looking for 2 sociable, clean/tidy and non-smoking professionals for two furnished double rooms ASAP.

Our place is a high quality property which covers 3 floors of a semi-detached Victorian property. It is located in a quiet street of a conservation area (off Holloway Road), beautifully renovated with new furniture, high-quality wooden flooring, a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area with a French door leading to a very large roof terrace (=the bonus of living in this house), a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, a separate shower room, a cloakroom and storage space.

Fast Internet access.

Logistics: 3-5 min tube/busses/shops/large supermarkets/ restaurant/ all other facilities on Holloway Road and within walking distance to more shops/restaurants on the Upper Street or Camden Town. There is a lot of parking space in our very quiet and spacious road.
Convenient buses from the property are 17, 29, 43, 91, 153, 253, 259, 271, 393.

We prefer to share our house with clean/tidy and laid-back housemates who care for the house, don't smoke and do not have pets in the house.

The vacant room are
1) a good sized double room on the 1st floor facing the back garden, furnished with a large wardrobe, double bed , drawers. Rent is £200 per week ex bills ( or £866.67 per calendar month ex bills) for 1 person (no couple, no twin room). This room is available from 1st September. Note: this room has now been TAKEN.

2) a large double room on the 1st floor facing the back garden, furnished with a large wardrobe, double bed and drawers. Rent is £210 per week ex bills (or £910 per calendar month ex bills) for 1 person (no couple, no twin room). This room is available NOW.
Total bills (including a fortnightly cleaning service) are approx £100 per person per month on average.
Contract term is min 12 months, deposit is one month rent. But these are the things you will deal with our landlady directly.
