Hi Renters!

We have a spare room in our maisonette near Finchley Central.

We are looking for short lets only (though benefit is that you don't have to pay AirBnB rates!) so ideal for a stop-gap if you are trying to synchronise your tenancy with someone else or just need some cover before you find somewhere long term!
Happy to do <1mth, rent pro rated for the number of weeks and dates can be flexible once moved in (deposit also pro-rated if <1mth).

Our next tenant moves in end March so room is currently available until then.

It's a 3 bedroom place with a couple and share one room, only renting one other room (the third room is used as a study).

Current tenants recently moved in so recently repainted and all furniture is new.

Some basic features:
- Bed is king size.
- adding a wardrobe to the room (e. g. Ikea Brimnes 3-door) and chest of drawers shortly, so you will have plenty of storage!
- There are two bathrooms and two toilets
- Separate lounge and kitchen (i. e. not open plan)
- Property is split level - one bedroom, study and one bathroom upstairs, downstairs is lounge/dining, second bedroom, bathroom, toilet, kitchen
- has all the usual appliance, central heating, fast internet, Netflix, etc.
- Weekly cleaner included

both tenants work longer than average hours, so the place is typically empty early evening.
