Room in a Shared House, Stanhope Gardens, N4

Hi everybody. We're looking for a new housemate for our place in Stanhope Gardens, just off Green Lanes (N4 1AE).

It's a furnished double room.

The rent is £810 per month including all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, internet), and the minimum contract is 6 months (one month deposit). There is no agency involved so no fees. (No couples, I'm afraid.)

Transport-wise, Manor House (Piccadilly line, zone 2) is about 8 minutes' walk, Harringay Green Lanes overground is 3 minutes, Harringay rail station (runs to Moorgate) is 7 minutes maybe, and there are many buses from the end of the road into the centre (29, 141, 341).

This is a five-bedroom house. There's a living/dining room, a kitchen, one bathroom (but also a second toilet downstairs), and a good-sized back garden for barbecues and so on.

As for us, there three men and one woman in the house. All in our 20's and 30's, all working. We get on well but without living in each other's pockets.

*In a few months the landlord is going to change the kitchen and do some renovations, like new doors in each room, so be aware of this, we will not have a kitchen for a few weeks.
