THE ROOMS

Currently, there are 2 rooms available in the house (one ready now, and the other one will be ready in 3 weeks) both with their own en suite bathrooms.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

South Norwood is a lovely area of South London with a lot of green and its very own character. It's a multi-ethnic neighbourhood which, very much like Brixton, Peckham and Brockley allows residents to experience the real London vibe.

ALDI supermarket is conveniently placed by the station. There’s a new pizzeria that just opened (Mamma Dough) as well as a Costa coffee and a local Tesco supermarket which is open until 11pm. There's also a massive Sainsburys which also contains Argos 15m mins walking distance. Norwood Junction is also very conveniently located for Gatwick Airport which can be reached in under 25mins. Crystal Palace, West Norwood and East Croydon are other nearby areas which are also very conveniently reachable from Norwood Junction.

PRICES

£165 PW (£715 PCM) plus £20 per week to cover all bills and a weekly 2hr cleaning of the common spaces. A3-week deposit (£495) is required and a minimum renewable tenancy of 6 months.

The rooms are suitable for single occupants with the occasional partner visit. No rooms are available to couples however, if a couple wishes to take both rooms and use one as a bedroom and one for work (considering the current circumstances of most people), this can be arranged.
