The house has a massive garden (including ping pong table and two large decked areas) upstairs bathroom (with great shower) good sized living room/dining area with large TV, DVD and full cable TV (BT Sport, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Now TV) leading to two decked areas to both sides of the house. There is a separate WC on the ground floor as well, as well as an office/guest room of friends need to stay the night

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all the other things you might expect.

The house is in a really quiet road and is 10-12 minutes walk to Gipsy Hill station, a 10 minute bus ride to West Norwood station and around the same to Crystal Palace centre, with it's fantastic bars and restaurants.

We're looking for an easy-going, friendly and tidy person to move in- it's really important that everyone gets on and the atmosphere is happy and positive. It would be great to share with a sociable person who also respect other people's privacy and also pulls their weight with keeping the place clean
