We are looking for a single or couple to move into the large top floor en-suite room in our 3 bedroom property in Canada Water.

We have a fantastic garden, an open-plan conservatory, living room and kitchen that you'll be sharing with two other housemates. The house also comes with external storage and an off-street parking space.

The room is modern, large and bright, fully furnished and has plenty of space for a desk if you are working from home (and high speed broadband). There is also additional room storage available in the loft eaves.

The house itself is 12 minutes walk from Canada Water station which is well connected to central London. and just 1 stop to Canary Wharf. The property is only a stone's throw away from a beautiful park and historic docks, with many beautiful walking routes available right by the Thames that has made lockdown bearable! A large Tesco Extra is only a 10 minute walk away.

All bills (council tax, power / gas , water, broadband) are included in the price.
