The flat is new, spacious and with plenty of storage, bright and comfortable and your new flatmate is a fantastic person, respectful, clean and with a great personality.
She has the master room, but your room is the bigger one and with access to the terrace. And the bathroom will also be all yours.
The flat is furnished with the essentials - the room has a bed, three side tables, one of which with drawers, and a wardrobe, and the living room has a sofa and dinning table. All you need to do is put your own touch to your own room.
The development is extremely secure and modern. There is a gym, 24hrs concierge, coworking spaces, a communal conference / dinning room, a communal lounge, a fantastic rooftop terrace with views to central London, and pool table area.
Also, the area could not be better communicated. The seven sisters tube station is literally crossing the road (not even 1 minute away). It takes 25min to get to liverpool street station or bank, 20min to Victoria station and 15min to Green Park station. We also have multiple bus stops 1 minute walk from the development - 76, 149, 243, 259, 279, 318, 349, 476, N73, N279... It is extremely well located! The 149 will take you to Liverpool Street Station in 45min in rush hours or 30min when there is not that much traffic. And is also only 30min by bike to the City. I cannot stress enough how well located it is - so much that I barely spend any time in the area.
There is a Tesco Super Store 4min walk away, and a Sainbury's Local only 3 min away. Fast food grabs crossing the road, and even a nice Latino restaurant a couple of minutes away.
Your new flatmate is an Actuary professional, working full time hybridly (a few days at home and a few days in the office). She'd enjoy finding someone with whom chat here and there and have a glass of wine, watch Love Island or play the ps5 with. However, she is also very independent and respectful of her own time and privacy as much as of yours.
The rent will be just below 1.2k a month (wifi included), and bills are not included. Currently our monthly costs are more or less 60 for energy, 20 for water and heating, 10 for gas and 170 council tax (band C),. So about £130 each.
