We have a rooms going in a *****-friendly house share.

Room comes furnished. There is a lovely garden space with bench and BBQ. We also have a cellar for extra storage. Also 2 lovely cats: Bou and Tiye.

The area is a quiet street in Mile End, near to Roman Road market and a short walk from Victoria Park.

Nearest stations is Mile End (Central, District, Hammersmith and City lines) which is a 12min walk away.

Room is £540pm + bills
Low fouton-style wooden bed, cube storage and space to hang clothes

Current housemates are both female, one in her 30s and works in film+tv (archive work and occasionally works film festivals too). She loves cooking, weightlifting and makes earrings in her spare time. Currently works from home with occasional days in the office. The other is in her late 20s and works in Events and is also an avid crafter.

Move in date is flexible. Deposit is 1 months rent. Bills come to around £100 per month and this includes a cleaner twice a month.

Because we already have 2 cats we don't think we would be able to have a third cat move in. But drop me a message if you have any questions.
