A bright and cosy room is available in a well-maintained house you can truly call HOME. Our lovely house features spacious communal areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV (Netflix included), and a large garden with a BBQ area. All utility bills are covered, and weekly cleaning services are provided for the communal areas. High-speed broadband is also included.

Located just a few minutes away from a large county park, the house is on Salmon Street, one of the most beautiful streets in the area, lined with charming houses and surrounded by greenery. Enjoy a countryside feel just 45 minutes from London Kings Cross.

We're looking for a clean and considerate person to join our home. You'll be sharing one bathroom with three others, and there's an additional toilet on the ground floor. We value a friendly and respectful atmosphere, as this is more than just a house—it's our home.

The room is perfect for remote work, offering a quiet environment and a desk. The space is furnished with a small double bed, a working desk, and a wardrobe with a mirror. If needed, we can remove any furniture (except for the bed and wardrobe) upon request.

All bills are included in the rent, with a monthly allowance of up to £800 for gas and electricity.
