The room includes a double bed with a small bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe (with a top bit for extra storage. There is also plenty of storage space downstairs including various cupboards in the living room & conservatory + an external garage (useful for storing larger items).

The house is fully furnished and features 3 bathrooms (very convenient when sharing with 3 others!) a decent sized living room with sofas & tv, conservatory & outside patio area (nice for bbqs & drinks in the summer!) also of course a kitchen.

Current housemates are all very friendly and easy to get on with. It's not too often everyone is in at the same time however so not too much competition for the kitchen after work!

The house is located in a security gated area which is safe & secure. Around 10 mins walk to Oval station on the Northern Line & a 20 minute walk to Brixton. Also around 10 mins to a big Morrisons & Tesco along with a shorter walk to a Co-Op, smaller Tesco, a gym (PureGym) and Kennington Park.

Rent is £705/m. Bills include water (paid once every 6 months - amount dependent on how much everyone uses but generally just over around £200ish) also some council tax.
