Room in a Shared House, Ropery Street, E3

Hi all, I am looking to find someone to join our sunny Mile End terraced home from July, as one of our flatmates is sadly leaving us.

The room is a south facing with a view of the garden, bright and cosy single room with a large amount of storage space and a big desk for home working, for £655 per month excluding bills, which are usually around 50 quid. But you can save a lot on travel by commuting by bike because we are so close to the City.

We have a quiet living room and nice long kitchen out to the garden at the back for doing whatever you want.

Everything is within cycling distance. The house has a lot of amenities nearby, right behind Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park, a couple minutes walk to mile end park and Victoria park, and a quick walk down the Regent’s Canal to Limehouse Basin and the Thames.

A Lidl, Coop and Tesco are all within short walking distance, as well as Mile End Station five minutes walk away which is perfect for commuting into the city. Of course there’s a good pub on the corner too.

Our house is very laid back and happy to have virtual or in person viewings, just let me know and look forward to seeing you.

P. S. The photo of the room is current, as it is used by me. The table/chair in the photo is mine and I'm taking them with me. But there is another table/chair available, that is perfectly adequate for working.
