The property has two toilets and a shared bathroom. It is very clean and was renovated not long ago with a new washing machine and tumble dryer. A cleaner comes in once a week to clean all communal areas. Also, the property has great water pressure for great showers.

The housemates are a mixed bunch - John is a Cambridge graduate who is looking to get into social work, Cassie works as a consultant in the city, and I (live in landlord) will start teaching in the near future. We're very friendly people who spend a lot of time working, but tend to go out for a drink on the weekend or just chill at home.

The property is highly accessible with a  8-10 minute walk from Bethnal Green station (central line), 10-15 minute walk to Whitechapel station (Central, district and Hammersmith and city lines), and a 6 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street station (Overground). There is a bus stop literally a minute walk away that takes you into the city. Liverpool Street station is also around a 15 minute walk away.

Local groceries, gyms etc. - all amenities are within walking distance. There is also Weavers field park right across the street which is lovely for jogging if that's your thing. Rich mix center (which has a decent cinema and does yoga classes etc) is also 5 minutes down the road.
