Room in a Shared House, Ramsay Road, E7

We are looking for a flatmate to become part of our unique and beautiful house located in Forest Gate.

This three-bedroom Victorian terrace house with a beautiful garden was renovated with lots of love by the owner when he first moved in 10 years ago. He now lives in L. A. and we are taking care of his lovely home.

This three-bedroom terrace house is really spacious, bright and airy and has a rustic feel to it. It has a huge living room that opens into to a conservatory, one bathroom and a great open plan kitchen opening onto our lovely garden to enjoy the sun. There is a lot of storage space, which is rare for London houses. We have the house professionally cleaned every two weeks.

The room available is located on the second floor. It is the brightest of all with a window facing our garden. It is furnished with a double sized bed, a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers and a few built in shelves.

The house is close to Forest Gate station (10 minute walk), which takes you in 7 minutes to Stratford station and in 18 minutes to Liverpool Street station. Wanstead Park overground station is 5 minute walk, which takes you to North London. There are regular buses to Stratford and Leytonstone. If you like walking or cycling, it takes 20-25 min to walk, or 7 minute to cycle Stratford, Stratford International and Leytonstone stations.

Epping forest and Wanstead flats are all a short walk away.
