Room in a Shared House, Rahere Court, E1

I am looking for full time university students looking for places for summer stay without needing to share the room with others. The room was managed by UniteStudents. If you would like to book it, feel free to contact me or contact Unite Students directly and let them know that you would like to book Flat 502A at Rahere Court. The end date of the tenancy is 12th September 2022. This classic studio has a double bed (SpareRoom may have advertised it as 2 beds as that was the only option available. There is actually 1 double bed only.), a large study desk, a large refrigerator and freezer, a private bathroom and a private kitchen. There are plenty of cupboards and storage spaces too. Wifi and bills are included.
Rahere Court sits directly opposite Queen Mary University of London in the area of Mile End. It is just an eight-minute walk from Stepney Green tube station or Mile End tube station, making it a very convenient and accessible location. A Sainsbury Local is also just a 2-minute walk away from the accommodation.
