Hello Everyone! We are two girls and one fella (in our 30’s) looking for our fourth flatmate (we prefer a female, but we will accept a male if is a perfect match) in our friendly and relax house.

ABOUT US: We love gardening, food, cooking and a laugh with wine and friends playing our own version of Pictionary. We also like socialising and hosting dinner parties from time to time. During weekdays we are a relaxed house where we respect each other space, we also like to catch up in common areas or watch silly tv shows and programs (sometimes with a cheeky take away). And most importantly, we love a clean and a tidy house!

ABOUT YOU: We have become good friends and have a perfect balance between our different personalities. The house feels a real home for us. So, we are looking for someone that share that and who helps to make the house cosy and comfortable place to come back to. Someone who is easy going, clean, tidy, sociable.

THE HOUSE:

-Four doble bedrooms and a spare single bedroom, which we use for friends or family to stay over.

- One storage room and in-door separate space for out jackets, shoes, and bikes

- Kitchen is huge with a range cooker, double fridge freezer, large dining table, large storage, washing machine and next to a medium-sized living room.

- A little patio with BBQ (we love doing BBQ’s!)

- Fully double glazed

- Central heating, broadband Wi-Fi and a cleaner (all included in price)

THE AREA:

The area is great because it’s quick link to centre London, Shoreditch, Dalston, Deptford or Peckham.... The river is just around the corner. There is a massive Tesco, Lidl, and a great cinema just close by and we are ridiculously close to Greenwich.

LOCATION:

- Surrey Quays Overground (7mins walk)

- Canada Water tube (10 mins walk Jubilee Line)

- Canary Wharf (1 stop with Jubilee Line)

- River Thames (5mins walk, Greenland dock Thames clipper jetty,)

- Cycle to Holborn or London Bridge (20min)
