The rent is exclusive of gas, electricity, council tax, water, wifi, and a weekly and excellent cleaner.
We are an established artist couple and we live and work in the house and can therefore be on hand if anything is needed . This is a household that is POC and LGBTQ friendly. We have 3 cats and a a gorgeous a fully housetrained adorable puppy! The pets live in a separate part of the house so but if you like animals they are friendly and loved being stroked.
Stoke Newington is a great part of East London's thriving community unique for its eclectic mix of people, great restaurants, farmers markets, cafes, independent cinemas and great nightlife.
Also plenty of open spaces parks nearby such as Hackney Marshes, Clissold Park, pools and fitness centres and yoga schools.
Very convenient for Stoke Newington, Rectory Road, Clapton Stations into Liverpool Street as well as frequent buses to the city and the West End. Also towards Angel, Finsbury Park, Bethnal Green and the Dalston East London Line.
