Large, spacious bright double bedroom with own en-suite bathroom and WC in a shared property, less than ten minutes walk from Clapham Junction station, with its many transport links around London.

This lovely flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the other room being rented by a young professional woman. The kitchen and sitting-room are shared and it comes full-furnished.

(The last tenant has only just left so I have not included photos of the bedroom & en-suite bathroom but these will follow. The photos are of the shared living-room & kitchen. It will, of course, be necessary for potential tenants to meet the existing tenant and ensure that you both get on.)

It is a large house which has been divided in two - the lower floor being rented separately by a young couple. Upstairs, through its own door, there is the second two-bedroomed flat. Your room is at the top of the house, is large and bright, overlooking the garden at the back of the house.

All bills are included, except for the cleaner who comes for two hours once a fortnight. I approximate this is about a further £30 a month. But all other bills - water, broadband, electricity, gas, council tax - are included.
