This is a great opportunity for someone's tired of renting a small room in a huge house full of creeps. I rented this house with my friends 2 years ago and I've been very happy and comfortable in there. Unfortunately I'm leaving London, so we are looking for a new flatemate.
The guys are friendly, chilled, but respectful.
The room is a big double room, I lived 6 months there with my boyfriend quite easily.
The house is splitted in two floors. 3 rooms upstairs and a toilet with tab.
Downstairs a big living room with two big coaches and a dining table. The kitchen is also big with another table and there is also a lovely garden. All kind of shops around and walking distance from Bruce Grove Overground (3 min) and Tottenham Hale tube (7 min) - Victoria line. Storage space in the attic.
We are looking for someone reliable and respectful but also relaxed and friendly. Couples accepted. No agency fees, bills negotiable, £550 deposit.
