Room in a Shared House, Milton Court Road, SE14

My housemate is moving out in January and I am looking for a new housemate to share this stunning two bedroom house with me and my cats. The master bedroom has a wall built-in wardrobe and it comes unfurnished. However, my current housemate is selling her furniture for a really convenient price so if you are interested you can buy it from her ( all in great conditions). The house is brand new with wooden floors and double glazed windows. It is a two bedroom house with a large family bathroom, an additional small toilet, large brand new kitchen, large living room, garden with shed, front patio and parking, and a looot of storage space. The rent for the room is £800 PCM plus bills (around £50-70 PCM) with one month deposit for minimum three months. Please note: we are not paying council tax ATM as we are both studying for a master degree. I work full-time as a manager in the hospitality environment and I am looking for a professional (preferably a girl around my age). The house is also close the Goldsmith University and the University of Greenwich so I could also consider students. NO COUPLES. This is NOT a party house but my friends come often for dinner and for a catch up with pasta and a glass of wine (very Italian style). During the summer I use the garden to organise BBQs when the weather is nice. We have lovely neighbours and the landlords are a nice young couple, as soon as there is a problem they fix it.

Everything works perfectly from the hot water to the heating system. It is a safe area (I live locally since 8 years), walking distance from New Cross and station and Deptford and 15 minutes by bus from Greenwich and Canada Water.

You must be clean and tidy and keep the house immaculate. NO PARTIES.

As I mention before I have cats so you must be a pets lover.
