Housemate wanted to stay in this very large double bedroom in our detached house    *** Very clean and well organised household shared with 3 friendly and respectful professional housemates ***

The house is in a very quiet area and is security alarmed. Theres a free parking spaces outside of our home..

The room has a beautiful wooden floor with a large arch window over look the garden.

The house stands 4 storey high, has an L shaped completely secluded garden, a BBQ and a fireplace. The kitchen is very large, has a dishwasher two fridges and plenty of storage. Washing machine comes with a dryer. that everybody is welcome to play. In total there are 3 toilets and 2 showers shared between 4 lodgers so morning queues are rare.Free Parking on outside of our house.

Theres a very homely atmosphere hence once in, people are staying here for years.

There will be a standard 1 month rent, 1 month deposit and a reference requested.

Unlimited 4G wifi broadband, weekly cleaner and Wifi, Electricity/Gas bills are calculted by the lead lodger. In this way you only pay and share with others for what you spend, for example In May 2020 we paid £48.57 each including cleaner, toilet roll, gas electricity etc.
