1 room available in a 2 bedroomed maisonette in a secluded off road location. Quiet with amazing views with front and rear garden both with new lawn. I am looking for females only who enjoy living in a peaceful area and appreciate great views and sunshine (as the flat has a south facing garden overlooking a school playing field)

Small double (pictured) has 2 double inbuilt wardrobe's and shelving. Newly decorated, brand new divan bed/headboard and carpet. Very cosy and tonnes of storage. I can change the furniture as required but the bed fits the room. Large windows overlooking the front of the property.

Front room/diner and kitchen are fully equipped, (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, juicer and so on) plenty of storage for extra kitchen wear.

If you like to cycle there are outside cycle lockers for a very small fee to leave your bike or space in the hallway in the property.

I am an easy going landlady who works in the charity sector in Fundraising at a Hospice in Clapham. I am sociable but like my own space as well. The household is mainly a quiet one and I do most of my socialising away from home (spend time with my boyfriend who lives locally at weekends)

I like art and design, nature, environmental issues, meditation, music and love going out dancing too.

I am looking ideally for someone of the same age who enjoys living in a peaceful and calm environment but who is up for a glass of wine and a meal/film sometimes too if they wanted.

Transport links are train stations at Crystal Palace, West Norwood, Norwood Junction and Gypsy Hill although they are 20 mins walk or short bus journeys. It would be ideal for someone who has a car or who is a cyclist. There is parking here. 

The price includes all bill with good internet (Council tax, Service Charge, Utility and internet)
