The house has a back garden (perfect for summer bbqs) and a large kitchen(equipped with a washing machine and dryer) which was renovated just over a year ago. The interior throughout the house has also recently been re-painted. The shared living room is very large (it used to be two separate rooms) and has two sofas and a TV at one end and a table for studying at the other. On the first floor there is the bathroom (inc. both a shower and a bath) which will be shared between 3 - with the loft room having its own en suite.

Room 1(£600pcm):
Bright, cosy room with a double bed, bedside table, desk and wardrobe. The room is situated at the rear of the house so gets the morning sun and the window also has a nice view out onto the garden :)

Room 2 (£650pcm):
Large, light room on the first floor of the house with a double bed, desk, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The perfect room for someone who wants the space to study at a large desk when not at work or in university.

Area: The house is just a 10 minute walk from Lewisham station (zone 2) - with trains to London Bridge, Charring Cross and Cannon Street leaving very frequently. Trains to London Bridge are especially frequent, leaving every 5 minutes in the mornings and roughly every 10 minutes throughout the day - with direct trains taking only 8 minutes! Lewisham is also on the DLR, with trains to Bank leaving every 5 minutes (arriving at Bank within 25 minutes). The house is an even shorter walk (only 6 minutes) to Ladywell station (zone 3), where there are trains to all the above stations also (exc. Bank). There are 3 local gyms (inc. one with a pool) and a large park just a 10 minute walk away. There is also a big ASDA about 10 minutes walk away and a Sainsbury's local just down the road. Lewisham Shopping Centre (10 minutes walk away) contains a variety of retail outlets - including M&S, Next, The Body Shop, W H Smiths, Boots, TK Maxx and an odd abundance of trainer shops!!)
