Room in a Shared House, Marmora Road, SE22

We are looking for a couple or single person to move in to the second large double bedroom in our beautiful home in East Dulwich. It's an absolute steal at just £450 per person in a couple or £900 for an individual and bills come to about £60 a month each.

Our current flat mates are moving out to start a family so we are looking for people to move in from the 4th October.

We have lived here for over year and it is such a great space. It's a beautiful house with big bay windows and period features. There are two double bedrooms, a spare room, a large living room, a separate kitchen/living space and a three piece bathroom. The property was newly refurbished when we moved in by the friendly landlord who lives downstairs. Unfortunately the flat is not wheelchair accessible.

The house is perfectly situated between Honor Oak Park (10 min walk) and Peckham Rye (5 min bus ride) and is well connected for local bus routes (63/363 just outside the door). There are loads of lovely walks around Peckham Rye and One Tree Hill, as well as a nice small high street with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. You can also walk over to Peckham or East Dulwich/Lordship Lane to enjoy the shops, restaurants and markets.

You would be living with Charlie and Chuck. Charlie works for a record label and Chuck is a freelance artist and filmmaker. Charlie works in East London and is out during normal working hours, whereas Chuck often works from home. On weekends we tend to spend time at home or head to the lovely local pub (which does a great monthly music quiz).

We are a laid back, friendly and creative pair who are looking for a like minded couple who want a nice space to relax in.
