DOUBLE ROOM at DISCOUNTED PRICE in TOOTING BEC!

Hi, I'm looking for a girl to replace me in this well-sized double room in Tooting Bec from now until the 12th of September (you'll have the possibility to renew the contract after that date). I had to move out because I got a job offer in another country.
Here you can find some information:

Double room for single use. Female only.
Price: £410/month + gas and electricity - around £15/month (all the other bills are included).
Original price was £560/month + gas/electricity.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, a spacious chest of drawers, a wardrobe and two lamps.
There is a big window in the room so you have natural light all day. Sunny garden all day long at the back of the house.

You will be sharing the bathroom with two other people at the moment. Usually, the bathroom is shared just with another girl who lives on the same floor, as the other flatmates have their own bathroom.

About the house:
- live-in landlord;
- total of 4 flatmates at full house capacity;
- really nice area, residential, close to shops in the main road and Tooting Bec Common (good for a run and outdoor activities);
- shared kitchen (you will have your own cupboard and own space in the fridge);
- quiet house with nice flatmates;
- smoking is allowed outside the house.

About the price:
- £410/month + gas and electricity - around £15/month (all the other bills are included) until 12.09;
- contract until 12.09 with the possibility to be renewed;
- the room is discounted, full price £560/month from 13.09 (I'm paying the remaining part).
