Hello!
I am looking for a friendly new flatmate who will replace me in this lovely house which was my home for 2 years. You will be lucky to live with two awesome girls who were not only my amazing flatmates but also my friends. If I wasn’t moving in with my boyfriend (Yeyy!) I would stay in this house for ever :)
LOCATION
The house is just 5 minutes to Clapham South station and the Common and only 10 minutes to Balham if you need the overground or fancy a spot of brunch!
THE HOUSE
The house is bright, cosy and spacious as it's split over two floors. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. Our gem is the roof terrace which is a brilliant sun trap all day, private and great for BBQs!
THE ROOM
Available from 1st June but I can be flexible.
It's a great sized double, bright and fully furnished with a huge wardrobe (the pictures don't do justice to how big the wardrobe actually is!).
EXTRA BITS
The flat is managed by a private landlord, so you won’t have annoying agency fees.
It's part of Wandsworth council which is one of the cheapest council taxes in the country. Bills come to around £70 a month.
HOUSEMATES
Parisa (30) is a solicitor and Louise (30) is an Account Director for a marketing agency. Usually we spend time at home cooking together and chatting at the end of the day over some trashy TV or decent Netflix series (Parisa let's us abuse her Netflix account!). During the weekend when everyone is free we like going out for drinks/dinner.
