Cleaning once a week included and so are all bills. Use of the kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer available by agreement. Our house is in a quiet residential road but is only a 5 minute walk to bus stops to the city and west end and is only 10/12 mins walk to East Finchley Tube station which is on the Northern Line. There is also free parking on the street.

East Finchley is a lively area with lots of local amenities including some great pubs, restaurants and cinemas and is well covered for trains and buses. We are very close to Hampstead, Highgate, Muswell Hill and Crouch End and are close to many open areas and parks including Kenwood, Highgate Woods and Hampstead Heath.

We are a friendly busy family with two adult children staying when not at university, and a friendly golden retriever dog. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. We are looking for a very clean, non smoking professional who would like a peaceful relaxing environment to come home to.

The Rent is £185 per week (£802 per month). This includes all bills and cleaning once a week. Mon-Fri rentals also available by agreement.
