London Bridge SE1 is a fab area to live with excellent public transport and lots of restaurants/cafes on Bermondsey Street, Borough Market, Shad Thames/Tower Bridge nearby. Southbank & Blackfriars, St Paul's/ Tate Modern /Waterloo/The Strand are around 35-40mins walk or 15 min by bus/bike, everything is pretty easy to get to on foot. The house is spacious yet homely, clean & comfortable. separate living room /dining room, modern kitchen and garden.
As a private landlord everything will be in order and taken care of so you won't have to call agents to fix things! It is a fully-furnished place so no need to buy any furniture or kitchenware/appliances.
You will often have the place to yourself, lots of space and privacy-however it's not a 'party' house!
