We have a nice and cosy single room to rent in our house share. The house is located at about a 10/15 mins walk from Wood Green underground station or 5 mins by bus.

The room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. It is located on the first floor with two other bedrooms and a bathroom. It is on the small side and looks slightly overcrowded with furniture in the pictures but you can decide what you want to keep or get rid of.

The pcm price of £505 includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, TV license, broadband).

We have a nice and spacious open plan kitchen with dining table and chairs, big telly, reclining chairs, W/M, M/W and with access to a big garden through double and single doors. There is laminated floor and double glazed windows throughout the house, including all bedrooms.

You will be sharing with three other easy going housemates, who have known each other and shared properties for few years and are looking for another easy going person that will share responsibility for maintaining the property clean, tidy and paying rent and bills.
