Large loft room available in a shared family home in Bushwood, Leytonstone. The room is self contained and furnished with king size bed, chest of drawers, sofa and footstool, large wall mounted TV with all apps and hanging space with wall mounted rail. A small flight of stairs leads down to a bathroom with bath, sink and walk in shower for your own use. The room is on the top floor of a large victorian house on a quiet residential road. 

The rest of the house comprises 3 further bedrooms and family bathroom and on the ground floor there is a front living room, middle room which leads to a very large light kitchen extension with large dining area and further seating with large TV leading to a quiet, sunny garden. The kitchen has large cooker, American fridge/freezer, microwave etc. There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer and hanging drying space. 

We are a family of 2 adults, 2 grown up kids, one has just moved out which is why we have a spare room.
The house is 8 minutes walk to Leytonstone underground (central line) and bus station.  The Elizabeth line is also a short bus ride away.
The high street has everything you need within a short walk including pubs, cafes, a good choice of restaurants, Pure Gym, Boots pharmacy, Aldi supermarket and M&S foodhall.
