We have a lovely double bedrooms available in our 5 bed house.

All bills included with central heating and high speed internet. Rent is £550/m with 1 month deposit. Ideally the Landlord would want someone that is looking to stay at least 6 months

Bedroom at ground floor, double bed with memmory foam mat and storage under it, big wardrobe, table and a small cabinet, with a window view into the garden

The house: 5 bed terraced house on a quiet street, with a small garden, but good enough for BBQs and chilling out during lockdown. The big kitchen has a new table, new tiles and more storage as well as a new washing machine since photos were taken. The hallway has just been repained and more improvements will be done to the house this year. Smoking only in the garden and no pets I'm afraid. Parking available in front of house with a permit.

Off licence 1 min away and Tesco 5 min away. The Mall Walthamstow minutes away with shops, bars and Asda and Lidl as well as a gym. There is a bus stop at the end of the road and Walthamstow Central tube Victoria Line and Queen Road overground 5 minutes away. It takes about 20 mins to Central London

We are 3 professionals in our 20's - 30's with a varied working schedule. While we enjoy spending time together and the ocasional party on special days, we also have our own private life and expect the same from future tenants.

I tend to work until 6.30pm, therefore I am able to do viewings on most days after 7pm. We look forward to meeting you.
