Room in a Shared House, Hulme Place, SE1

We are looking for two new housemates to join us in a newly refurbished house located less than 3-minutes walk from Borough Station and 10 minutes from London Bridge and Borough Market.

The house:
In addition to the excellent location, the house has been designed with a four-person house share in mind. There are two kitchens, each with its own fridge freezer (so one between two). All the rooms come with an en-suite or private bathroom. One of the rooms has its own TV and mini-fridge.
The house is a great space for socialising, with a bar area in the living room, a conservatory and a garden area (bbq soon to be acquired!).

The room available is a very large double. Bills are not included but shared equally among the housemates. We estimate these are approximately £100 per month.

The housemates:
Anish is a civil servant who enjoys baking, cooking, hiking and road trips. Living in the house means you will have to be a guinea pig for experimental recipes as well as eating all of the offcuts.

Dhru is an actuary (he doesn’t like talking about it) who enjoys nights out, nights in, a game of chess and RuPaul's Drag Race.

You:
We are looking for two easy-going, sociable housemates who will help keep the house clean and tidy but also make use of the space with us. We spend a fair amount of time hanging out in the house but also go out and visit the local bars and restaurants. We are LGBT+ friendly.
