Room in a Shared House, Helena Road, NW10

Hi everyone, I am moving out after 2 fantastic years in this huge house, so there is a room available from July 5th (dates may be flexible).

The House:
Large semi-detached 5 bedroom house in Willesden Green. Large open plan kitchen, with a dining conservatory and shared lounge. Our communal living spaces are amazing and larger than usual for a London share-house. We also have a back garden with a large deck and a BBQ for the summer months. We have plenty of storage space in the loft/attic, plus we have a very small spare room which we keep empty and use as a makeshift office or space for visiting family/friends to stay.

The Bedroom:
This room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a fixed shelving unit & ensuite shower + sink. £700 PCM includes bills but may fluctuate slightly from month to month.

Bills: The price listed is an estimation based on what we are currently paying, and may fluctuate. The bills cover electricity + gas, water, wi-fi and a small amount for household items such as dishwasher and bin bags.

The area:
The house is in the leafy, suburban area of Willesden Green/Dollis Hill. Willesden Green Tube station (zone 2) is approximately 10 minutes walk, and Dollis Hill Tube Station (zone 3) is around 5 minutes walk. Gladstone Park is within 2 minutes walking distance and there is a nearby bus stop that will take you West towards Ealing or North to Golders Green via Cricklewood.
Willesden Green has a large Sainsbury's, various shops, a number of restaurants + a couple of pubs.
Dollis Hill has a couple of off-licenses and restaurants, and Cricklewood has supermarkets, off licences and gyms.

The flatmate we are looking for:
We are not that fussy. We have no preference of male/female or age. We want someone who is respectful and also fun to be around. We like to have a couple of drinks over dinner. Must be working full time and be able to provide proof of earnings and references.

About us:
We are a mix of people 30+ from Spain, New Zealand, Portugal and Italy. We are all professionals and work full time with varying working hours. We aren't big party-ers but like to have a couple of drinks together and invite people over to celebrate birthdays etc.
