Queens Park/Kilburn share of large 4 bedroom house.  Resident landlord/academic looking for two lodgers for  2 rooms to rent (i) a single room with a single bed, writing desk and wardrobe and a large window (£875)  (ii) large loft bedroom with two single beds (or one double bed), writing desk, wardrobe (£1025 single occupancy).   Rented till August.

Shared (between 3 people): two bathrooms and one toilet on the ground floor.  Ground floor has kitchen, dining room and two reception rooms, all for common use.   Back patio and front patio are also for common use.   Gas heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge etc.
Looking for someone tidy, clean, respectful and peaceful.

All utilities and bills and council tax included.   Shared cleaning service betwen all tenants, of £75/week for cleaning ground floor and bedrooms and washing and changing the bedsheets. 

Location is very convenient for ICMP, QPCS, St. Mary's.   5 minute walk to Bakerloo, Kilburn High Road and (Weaver) Overground (3 stops to UCL, Euston) , 10  minute walk to (Midmay) Overground (3 stops to Hampstead Heath) and 15 minute walk to Jubilee line (to Canary Wharf etc) and also Thameslink.  5 bus lines on Kilburn High Road and  Willesden Lane.   Queens Park and Salusbury Road/Lonsdale Road with shops and restaurants and the Sunday Farmers Market is less than 5 minutes walk;  Kilburn with supermarkets (Aldi, Sainsbury, ...) also less than 5 minutes walk.
