 The bright and quiet room in a shared 3 bed rooms house. BIG DOUBLE  ( super king size bed )  room with build in wardrobe.  You are going to share the house with another one or two professionals. SHORT TERM LET ONLY 
Sharing areas : We share kitchen( fridge freezer, washing machine and all pans and pots are brand new ) bathroom, sunny  living room and a  garden with birds singing in the morning.  
Transportation to Central London 
Wimbledon centre is just about 10 minutes walk, you can reach the main station about 10 minutes, Hayden road station is about 5 minutes walk.  District Line to Edgware road, Notting Hill, Earl's court in 20 minutes, to Waterloo directly on train in 20 minutes, Victoria Line change in Vauxhaul in 10 minutes. Very convenient Location in terms of transportation. 
Needless to say that a cosy and bright Italian cafe shop is just around the corner and  flower shops, wine shops, restaurants are about 5 minutes walk distance. 
Rent and deposit  
  The room is available from the 10th July - 31th August. It is  7 weeks. one month rent and one month deposit. IF you would like to rent weekly then it would be minimum 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks deposit. 

Sorry but this room is not for Couple. One person  for short term stay welcomed.
