Bathroom is shared with only one person (occupant of the single or double room, if there is one, so it is very likely you will have sole access to the bathroom most of the time) but in any event is termed as Shared Bathroom for the purpose of the contract.


All bills are included, standard one month deposit and one month rent is required. Holding deposit is required to secure the room, and agreement is conditional upon satisfactory reference checks (as per reasonable normal practices). There are no agency fees or admin fees as you will not be dealing with an agent.


The property is occupied by professionals and looking for like minded individuals. Please note that there is a “No guest and no pets policy” in this property, as this is a family home. 


There is also a gym at the property that you can use and will send you a video for you to look at it if you are happy with the above.


LOCATION: Post Code SM4 Between Morden tube and St Helier's station (5min walk) on a quiet residential road - great links to London, Sutton and Croydon (trains take 9 mins to Wimbledon and 40 mins to Blackfriars). Morden Underground (Northern Line) is 10 mins away.
