Room in a Shared House, Green Lane, SE9

I have a fantastic and spacious en-suite double bedroom, you will have own bedroom, bathroom and your own study area in my home in New Eltham, Greenwich (London, 5mns walk to Greenwich University). The house has 4 bedrooms however I wish to share the property just with one other person (the other bedrooms will remain empty). It's a quiet area surrounded by green areas, plenty of street parking and just 7 minutes walk from the train station (New Eltham). The house is just next to Greenwich university campus. There are local shops nearby (both Eltham and New Eltham)and public transportation as well. The trains run every 15 minutes to central London and it takes from 18 to 27 minutes to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross. The room and study room are furnished with double bed, dresser, wardrobe, desk and bookshelves. Wifi and bills are included in the rent ( cleaning fee is additional). All rooms have plenty of natural light and ventilation. Your cut will be just £680 per month. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, garden, conservatory (washing machine, dishwasher) and access to the beautiful communal garden that all neighbors share too. (In addition to  my own garden) . Ideally I am looking for somebody to stay at least 6 months, ideally a non smoker and calm. If it sounds like it might suit you contact me.
