Two very comfortable, bright and airy double bedrooms, with ample storage for a single person in each of them. (only one will be let out as of now).

Located in a well appointed, tasteful, spotless, Victorian garden home with every possible mod-con, oak flooring throughout and top of the range appliances - washing machine, dryer, TVs, Vitamix, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, induction cooking hob, coffee machine, kettle, fully equipped kitchen.

I stay in the house for a part of the year (in a third bedroom). Also it is VERY LIKELY that ONLY ONE of the bedrooms is let out whilst I am staying in.

Both fully furnished double bed rooms have a very comfortable double bed with under bed storage. The beds can be configured as double or single as you please and is queen sized and spacious, both bedrooms have large and spacious wardrobes, stylish designer walnut work desks and designer comfortable work chairs, wall mounted flat TV , shelves and large windows.

Located in a beautiful, upmarket and quiet conservation area in trendy Balham SW12, with excellent and fast connections to central London. The area is safe and is mostly full of young working professionals or young families

The beautiful large green space of tooting common is 30 seconds away on foot and great for runs , picnics or chilling with a book. The tooting Lido outdoor pool is a 8 minute walk.

All types of supermarkets and the trendy Balham high street and northern line tube + overland is a 8-10 minute easy walk from the house.

I work in digital and strategy consulting. I spend a big part of the year in London and a chunk overseas. I am very well travelled and an engaging conversationalist. Having said that I respect privacy and give and take my space.

Happy to consider short to longer term lets.

The flat has a bright and large dining room and kitchen common area besides a sizeable SW facing pleasant private garden.

This is not a serial rental flat-share business, no agents involved. Only renting out as I’m out of the UK a fair bit, as well as its nice to share with someone nice.

There is one spotlessly clean shared bath and shower + toilet, with plenty of installed shelve space for all your toiletries.

This is a warm and loved home and is decorated as a home should be and not as a neutral themed rental room.
