Neighbourhood

Brilliantly located within Brockley, you’re less than 10 mins walk from Hilly Fields Park. Within 5 mins you’re at the tube/train station, Brockley Brewery (where they have walk in tasting sessions) The Gantry/Parlez/Orchard/Brickfields/Broca etc (lovely selection of restaurants, coffee shops and bars), as well as a great Sainsbury’s/Co-Op.

On the weekends you have Brockely farmers market nearby.

The neighbours are quiet and the street is really friendly and safe with neighbours looking out for each other.

House

The house is beautifully designed and built by the landlord who’s an architect and really friendly. Set across 3 floors we have a separate kitchen, living room, patio (through full height glass doors from the living room) and two bedrooms with en-suites each.

The house is underfloor heating and wooden floors all over.

There’s strong water pressure and warm water at all times.

With lots of glass in the kitchen and living room the place is bright and airy.

Room

Lovely tall ceilings and exposed brickwork give this room plenty of character and a feeling of space.

The room also have an en-suite Bath/shower and toilet. This is separated by sliding doors which can be kept open or closed allowing you the amazing option of having a bath in your room!

The window looks out onto the patio with plenty of sun in the morning.

Electric blinds are a nice to have and the room has a large clothes cupboard too.

Love food, cooking, hosting etc. Very clean and tidy. Working in food startups. Love travel and meeting new people.
