The house/room is fully furnished with good-quality fittings and furniture. There are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and large separate living room. We have all the usual appliances (high quality and all under a year old!) - fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster. We also have a garden and patio with tables and chairs which is lovely during the summer months. Lots of room for a bicycle too! There is also off-street parking at the front of the house.

AREA
There is a Tesco Extra (24 hours) and an Aldi less than 5 minutes walk and also a really lovely fruit/veg shop that is impossible to spend more than £5 in (such good value). There are restaurants, takeaways, a chemist, coffee shops a post office and more on Goodmayes high street...pretty much everything you need. The library is a 15 minute walk. There are amazing parks very close by, you can be in the closest in 5 minutes. The street the quietest I've had in London and the local GP is on our road.
ME!
I work in transport and have been living in the area for 2 years. I'm in my 30's and love running, travelling and cycling. I Iove the house because it is quiet, has a beautiful garden and is a lovely space to relax. The area is great because it is close to nature but super fast to get central. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, the only rule would be to clean up after yourself to keep the house a lovely place to live!
