This is an en-suite room refurbished to a high standard. It includes a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a study table and a chair.

The HOUSE and Housemates

The house is a terraced house with both a front yard and a large rear garden. It has gas central heating and super-fast Internet.

The kitchen is modern and has all the necessary kitchen appliances: two big fridge-freezers, a washing machine, a microwave oven and plenty of storage space.

The housemates are all young professionals working in central London. They are easy-going and friendly, looking for someone who is tidy and respects the house.

AMENITIES and the Area

There are a huge 24 hours Asda, and 2 Tescos all within 5 minutes walk. There are also numerous restaurants and 2 gyms within minutes of walk.

THE AREA IS SAFE, QUIET AND has always been very popular with young professionals working in central London and Canary Wharf.

- 2 minutes walk to Crossharbour DLR Station
-15 mins by tubes to the City
- 3 mins by DLR to Canary Wharf (12 minutes walking distance)

The DEPOSIT

All bills are included (gas and electricity subject to a “fair usage” policy).
