Just 12 minutes walk to Turnpike Lane Tube Station.

All bills included, there is a great, fast wifi connection at the property, sharing with young professional housemates. A cleaner comes once every 2 weeks to clean the communal areas. Although we like to keep the house clean as we go, so it stays nice and tidy :)

There is a nice garden at the back of the house (bit of a fixer upper!), but perfect for BBQs and socialising (when Covid permits of course).

Local shops and amenities, bars and restaurants are a short walking distance away.

The room is very spacious and newly refurbished to a high standard, has a new double bed, ample storage space and access to powerful, high speed broadband. The house also has a fully fitted kitchen complete with oven and hob, washing machine and fridge freezer.

There is a separate lounge/ dining area to chill out after a long day. Come and join our friendly household!
