Our house is excellently located between Crouch End, Alexandra Palace, Muswell Hill and Wood Green.

Although it has a Wood Green postcode it is actually a two minute walk from Alexandra Palace rail station which gets you into the city and the centre in less than 25 minutes.

It is a 7 minute walk into the hustle and bustle of Wood Green however the street is at the end of a small green and has chocolate box railway cottages on it, making it very quiet and giving it a village feel.

There is an excellent pub in the corner which is great for Sunday lunches .

Alexandra Palace Park is a 5 minute walk away and the Park Road lido is a ten minute bus ride away . There are also numerous gyms in Wood Green , Crouch End and Muswell Hill.

The house is a huge Detached Victorian house. It is very light and airy .

There is a large living room with a working fire which leads onto a large dining room. We also have a kitchen which had a large range cooler if you are into cooking . There is a conservatory, an office , lots of storage, two baths rooms and a downstairs toilet. At the back of the house is a lovely garden with areas for growing vegetables .

You will be living with three professionals in our mid thirties . We socialise together but also have our own lives . We sometimes cook together and exercise together and weather permitting, spend time in the garden .
