I am a single parent looking for someone to rent my loft space. The rent includes 2 hrs per week for a cleaner and all bills. My kids are well behaved with lovely manners. I am easy going and pretty chilled about most things. Pls feel free to ask anything. The room is part furnished, with an ensuite and large enough for a WFH desk. The property has two bathrooms. The toilet on the first floor is used by the family, however, mainly shower and wash in the second floor bathroom. As this is a family home the room is suitable for someone familiar with living around children. The rate per month is negotiable to the right person in exchange for help around the house or babysitting ect. Things like helping water my house plants or remembering bin day. The rent reflects the high spec of the interior of the house and access to a fully kitted garage gym. Oxleas woods is a 10 mins walk. Please email for further information. The other 'housemates' are my two kids 4 & 10. Smoking is only allowed outside. I would consider a couple with the right fit.
