We are a relaxed, professional couple. The room and amenities are perfect for someone who would enjoy their own space within our house.

The bedroom is in the private loft area with it's own study/living room area (see pictures). There is a shared kitchen and bathroom (with 2 bathrooms in the house). You would also have access to our leafy garden.

We are in the buzzy area of South Norwood, with great amenities and a stones throw away from Crystal Palace. The house is a short walk to Norwood Junction station. The South Norwood clock tower hub has a regular farmer’s market, restaurants, pubs, cafes, delis and a yoga centre.

A Better Gym within South Norwood Leisure Centre is on our doorstep and local supermarkets include: Tesco Express, Sainsbury's Local & Aldi. There is also a local doctors surgery and pharmacy. We are a short walk to South Norwood Country Park with a lake, wetlands, nature reserve, cafe and a park run every Saturday.

Orange Line - Shoreditch High Street (35 mins) Highbury & Islington, Surrey Quays (Jubilee).
Trains to Victoria and West/East Croydon.
Direct trains to Gatwick (30mins).
Woodside / Harrington Road - Nearby Tram stops to East Croydon (14 minutes) Wimbledon, Beckenham Junction.
Frequent buses towards Crystal Palace, Peckham, Croydon, 176 to Tottenham Court Road and 196 to Elephant & Castle are close by.
