House in Multiple Occupation (HMO)/Shared House currently housing x4 tenants.
Located close to Maryland and Stratford Station (and 308 bus stop which goes to Wanstead and Stratford Bus Station), Morrisons supermarket, Stratford library, local restaurants/take-aways (Chinese/Indian/Kebab-shop). 

Cleaning Rota will be established - each Tenant will need to clean the bathroom on their floor and the kitchen and hallway areas; on their turn. Cleaning to occur every x2 weeks on rotation.

Pets Allowed: Except where there are legitimate reasons like phobia/allergies of other tenants.
No Lounge, No internet (private installation allowed). 

Attendance from visitors should be reasonable to respect nuisance rules (no noise 11pm to 7am by law but preferable to have no loud noises after 9.30pm due to sleep patterns of other Tenants) and the comfort, safety and enjoyment of other Tenants and reasonable Landlord costs.

No smoking on property except in back yard and front yard.
