Well-furnished Large double-bed room, only five minutes' walk from Woolwich Arsenal Elizabeth line/DLR/British rail. Very well-connected with transport links. 20 minutes to Central London.

 The room fully furnished with a large double-bed, bedside table, two cupboards (one large and one small) with plenty of storage space, including under-bed storage. The occupant would also have own fridge-freezer, reading table and chair. There is a small garden at the back to dry your clothes, store cycle etc., if needed.

 The room is a large double-room, however prefer a single occupant.

 You would have access to the kitchen, kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, dining table etc. There is Superfast Sky Wifi (500 mbps) in the house.

 There are two toilets upstairs & downstairs.

 The rent includes all the bills, cost of toilet papers, washing up liquid etc.

 Local corner shop is within one minute's walking distance. Other shops, Woolwich high street, restaurants and large Tesco are just a few minutes away. Local attractions include Royal Arsenal, river Thames, Greenwich royal park and Greenwich town centre.

 The room is to be shared with the landlord, an Asian family who are very helpful, polite and friendly. You would have your complete privacy to live your own life.

 We are looking for a working professional/student who is friendly, understanding and courteous.

 Please note that there are small children in the house as this is a family home, and we don't bring any pork related meat products into our kitchen.
