The room is furnished, with own washbasin etc.There is use of broadband, which is throughout the house anyway, even in garden. The house can be a home, from home, for the right person. Use of, Kitchen, Lounge with television, Bathroom etc. plus lovely secluded rear garden. I am a semi-retired Gentleman, out quite a lot, hence it would be nice to have someone to use, and enjoy the home? Ideally it would suit a Professional person, but mainly someone who respects a nice home.
