Room in a Shared House, Broadley Terrace, NW1

I live in a two bed ground floor Maisonette. Open plan kitchen and living room downstairs. Your new room is at the front of the flat overlooking the central courtyard. It's a gated community with 24 hour security. The room is gorgeous and gets the morning light. It has a double bed, small desk space and your own TV. Bedding and sheets can be provided. Plenty of storage with two wardrobes and under-bed storage.

You will have primary use of the main bathroom (which has a shower, a bath and storage) as I have an ensuite. Our building has a gym, small pool and sauna within the complex. There is a cleaner once a week, who can also change sheets. I also have put a small bbq in our garden as I love to smoke my own fish and cheese! - but moms the word as open flames aren't technically allowed in Westminster ;)

About me: I am 28, single, working in marketing for a star up agency so work from home a couple days a week. I like to keep a fairly quiet home Monday - Friday except for friends coming over for food, however I don't always abide by my own rules. I love to cook and have too much equipment so you wont need anything - such as a coffee machine, pasta maker and soda stream... !

I have an adorable and super friendly 1 year old Cavapoo puppy called Mr Chips, who sleeps downstairs in his crate. He loves cheese and bacon (doggo after my own heart) and with give you a high five for treats! He loves a cuddle and we walk in Regents Park most days.

The flat is a two minute walk from Marylebone Station, and the Landmark Hotel. Just under 10 minutes walk to Baker Street/Edgware Road, and 12 minute tube to Paddington. We have a Tesco Express and small M&S close by. The Bakerloo, Jubliee, Circle and Metropolitan lines are all within 10 minutes. 20 minutes into Central London and the City and 35 minutes to Canary Wharf - basically its lovely and quiet around here but super well connected.
